This is a new and unopened complete JEWELED BANNER kit entitled "Trick or Treat Gnomes." Give your Halloween decor a touch of spookiness with this whimsical design. The banner features three gnomes dressed in Halloween costumes. Towards the bottom of the scene in purple letters is the phrase "Trick or Treat." The kit includes a fully printed banner that may be sewn or glued (glue is NOT included.) A wooden dowel and end pieces are also included so that you can proudly display your finished banner. Perfect for Halloween and for anyone that enjoys handcrafted keepsakes!
