This is a new and unopened complete JEWELED BANNER kit entitled "Boo." Give your Halloween decor a touch of spookiness with this cool design. The banner features a skeleton holding a jack-o-lantern. Towards the top of the scene in fluorescent green letters is the phrase "BOO!." The kit includes a fully printed banner that may be sewn or glued (glue is NOT included.) A wooden dowel and end pieces are also included so that you can proudly display your finished banner. Perfect for Halloween and for anyone that enjoys handcrafted keepsakes!
