Here's a new, unused and sealed counted cross-stitch pattern entitled "The Pink Edwardian House." Pattern #283 in Nora Corbett's Collection, this pattern was released during 2020.
This design is of an elegant town house, in subtle shades of pink that enhances its architectural details, decorated for the Christmas season. The chart is part of Nora Corbett's Holiday Village collection.

The design area of this pattern is approximately 6.25" x 9.38" (15.9 x 23.8 cm) when stitched 2 over 2 on 32 count Star Sapphire Linen (65-113) by Wichelt Imports. The stitch count (on 32 count fabric) is 100w x 150h.
The DMC floss needed to complete this project one skein of each: 225, 317, 503, 747, 964, 3041, 3688, 3740 and 3823; 2 skeins each of 151 and white (Blanc).
