Here's a new and unopened complete COUNTED crosstitch kit entitled "Joy in the Journey." It is a very colorful and adorable sampler design. In the upper third of the design is a red/brown house with a red door and five windows and a dormer with a window. The house had a black roof and a moss green chimney on each side. To the right of the house is a brown tree with green leaves standing behind a gold/brown picket fence. Horizontal below the house and tree is a vine with green leaves. Below the ivy is a row of six flowers that alternate from yellow with red centers to red with yellow centers. Below the flowers is a zig-zag row of brown. Beneath the row it says, "Blessed is the life that finds," which has several bumble bees buzzing around and in the center is a bee hive that is flanked by a row of flowers on either side. There is another row of ivy below the hive, and below that it says, "joy in the journey." On either side of this part of the saying is a red heart. The entire design is surrounded by a border of alternating red and yellow flowers with green stems and leaves and that border is surrounded by a second border of geometric design. A perfect design for anyone who loves beautiful samplers that is also lovely artwork.
