Here's a new, unused and sealed counted cross-stitch pattern entitled "Sunrise Greenhouse." Pattern #308 in Nora Corbett's Collection, this pattern was released May 15, 2023.
This design is of an ornate greenhouse with a manicured walkway in front of it and an elegant roof atop. Through the windows one can see the silhouette of different plants and greenery. The chart is part of Nora Corbett's Winter Greenhouses collection.

The design area of this pattern is approximately 5.63" x 6.88" (14.30 x 17.48 cm) when stitched 2 over 2 on 32 count Graceful Grey Linen (65-320) by Wichelt Imports. The recommended alternative fabric is 16 count Graceful Grey Aida (355-320) by Wichelt Imports The stitch count is 90w x 110h.
The DMC floss needed to complete this project is one skein each of: 02, 03, 16, 469, 704, 935 and B5200. Caron Waterlilies (CWL): 027, 083 and 196. Beads by Mill Hill: 00161, 00167, 00479, 03013 and 03055.
