This is a new, unopened and sealed counted crosstitch pattern by Mirabilia Designs and Nora Corbett entitled "The Garden Muses." This design is #MD-44 of Mirabilia Designs and was released June 29, 1999.
The pattern is described as: "According to Greek mythology, muses are the ageless spirits who inspire and watch over us as we create. What better place for muses to reside than a cool, green topiary garden? At the entrance to Nora Corbett's classical retreat, ancient urns drip with moss, wrought-iron gates beckon visitors inside, and all who enter are promised a quiet place of peace and inspiration."
This product includes the pattern only. The materials needed to complete the project as shown are NOT included.
Details on this project: Chart is a fold-out pattern with black and white symbols and a color picture of the completed design. Stitched on 32 count Permin Laurel Linen from Wichelt Imports or 32 count Zweigart Belfast Olive Green linen (to be stitched over two threads with stitch size equaling 16 count). Stitched area is 18 1/2" x 9 1/2" (47 x 24.1 cm) with a stitch count of 292 x 152.
DMC floss needed to complete this design: 2 skeins each of B5200, 543, 841 and 842 and 1 skein each of 317, 320, 368, 413, 500, 503, 504, 642, 644, 676, 680, 712, 729, 747, 760, 772, 840, 841, 842, 869, 904, 924, 926, 934, 937, 939, 948, 3021, 3031, 3371, 3685, 3687, 3716, 3766, 3768, 3781, 3790, 3811, 3823 and 5282. Glass beads and crystal treasures by Mill Hill are also needed: 2 packages of 03031 and 1 package each of 00148, 02019, 03021, 03034, 03053, 60158 and 13052.
