This a new and unopened complete counted crosstitch kit entitled "Collage." Designed by the talented and renowned artist, Marjolein Bastin, it is a very lovely design of nature samplings from the four seasons. The spring section in the upper left corner has a border of daffodils and hydrangea surrounding a garden of purple and yellow crocuses visited by bumblebees, several colorful butterflies, robins eggs, and two bunny rabbits. The summer section in the upper right contains a vintage metal watering can perched on by a bird and next to a basket of strawberries and next to a garden snail. A little brown mouse nibbles on a peach and a blue bird steals hair from a brush to use in her nest, all surrounded by a colorful summer floral border. The autumn section has a border of nuts and berries around a squirrel collecting nuts, several hazelnuts, a large orange and white toadstool, a plate of acorn squash and a pencil for the start of school. The winter section is several chickadees pecking seeds out of the snow, a basket of green holly leaves and red holly berries, a little hedgehog and bordered by white poinsettia and mistletoe flowers. Such a perfect design for anyone who nature, the four seasons and the artwork of Marjolein Bastin!
Included in the package: natural 27 count evenweave x-stitch fabric, floss separators and thread palettes, with presorted DMC cotton embroidery floss, needle and complete and easy instructions (in 8 different languages) ~ Everything you need to complete this CrossStitch project!
