Please Note: This vintage kit is part of a lot that we purchased direct from the now defunct manufacturer. These kits have been in storage for 20+ years and we do not anticipate having them available again. Some of the kits were from stores and as a result some packages may have minor shelf wear. The kits are new, in the original packaging and have all of the materials needed to complete the design as shown.
Here's a new and unopened complete COUNTED crosstitch kit entitled "Harbor of Refuge Light." This is a lovely design that features the Harbor of Refuge Lighthouse. It is a historic lighthouse that's located on the ocean end of the outer Delaware Breakwater at the mouth of the Delaware Bay, just off Cape Henlopen in Lewes, Delaware. The lighthouse still stands today and is maintained by the Delaware River & Bay Lighthouse Foundation. To the right of the lighthouse you stitch the words "Harbor of Refuge Light 1926." (1926 is the year that the lighthouse was completed and put into service.) At the bottom of the design you stitch "Cape Henlopen." A perfect design for any fan of lighthouses or old fashioned buildings!!
Included in the package: white 14 count Aida x-stitch fabric, 6-strand DMC 100% cotton embroidery floss, needle, full page chart, complete and easy instructions for beginner to expert ~ Everything you need to complete this cross-stitch project!
This xstitch kit is from Hilite Designs. Manufactured and assembled in the USA. The finished size is 5" x 7" (12.7 x 17.7 cm). The fabric size is 8" x 10" (20.3 x 25.4 cm).
