This is a new, unused and sealed counted cross-stitch pattern entitled "Crescent Dreams." Pattern #3 in Nora Corbett's Little Stitches by Mirabilia Collection, this pattern was released on August 1, 1997.
The pattern is described as: "How do you keep a baby from falling off the moon? First, bundle the little one into a blanket stitched from evening clouds. Tie securely with ribbons fashioned from shooting stars. Then switch on the crystal moonbeam night light! Sweetly elegant (a rarity among baby gifts), this tiny tot is awash in elegant pastels that blend beautifully with any nursery color scheme."
This product includes the pattern only. The materials needed to complete the project as shown are NOT included.
The Design area of this pattern is approximately 4 1/2" x 6 3/4" (11.4 x 17.1 cm) when stitched 2 over 2 on Zweigart 32 count Belfast Antique White linen. Alternate fabric is Wichelt Imports 32ct White linen. The stitch count is 71w x 106h.
The quilt can be completed for either a boy or a girl. Required materials to complete this project are as follows: DMC floss: B5200, 340, 341, 746, 948, 962, 3078, 3713, 3716, 3746, 3747 & 3822. Beads / Treasures by Mill Hill: 42027, 12045 (2) & 13057. Other Materials: One yard of 1/4" white satin ribbon.
